Ingredients
Organic Wholemeal Flour
Made from the entire wheat grain, including the Bran, Endosperm, and Germ.
Nutrition:
Contains more Vitamins, Minerals, and Fibre compared to White Flour.
Flavour:
Has a robust, earthy flavour due to the bran content.

Organic Khorasan Flour
Texture: Yields a tender crumb.
Nutrition:
High in protein and minerals.
Flavour:
Rich and Buttery.

Organic Buckwheat Flour
Technically it’s not a wheat; it’s a Pseudo-cereal.
Texture:
Can be grainy; best when combined with other flours.
Digestibility:
Easier on the stomach due to lower Gluten content

Earthy and slightly Nutty.
Organic Dark Rye Flour
Made from whole Rye Grains.
Texture:
Produces a denser loaf.

Made from hard Wheat.

Minerals, Vitamins, and fatty acid rich Seeds. Various combination of Flaxseed, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Caraway Seeds.

Our breads are priced as below:
600g:Plain £5.00 or Seeded £6.00
1100g:Plain £9.00 or Seeded £10.00

When to order?
"babakes" bakes on Friday and your bread will be ready in the afternoon. You need to place your order by Wednesday.

Collection & Delivery?
Collection
You can collect your hearty breads from our bakery on Friday afternoon after 4pm at 11 Coffee & Co, 11 Queens Parade, London W5 3HU
Delivery
We are looking into delivery options, meanwhile if you are close by, we might be able to deliver to you.
